Crotons

Crotons, or Codiaeum variegatum, are striking houseplants known for their multicolored foliage. They are native to the tropical forests of Southeast Asia and Oceania. The leaves are covered in various splotches of green, scarlet, orange, and yellow. They can grow as large shrubs in the wild, but stay much smaller when grown indoors or in gardens. All parts of this plant are poisonous and can irritate the skin.
