Peace Lily

Peace lily is the common name for flowering plants in the genus Spathiphyllum, part of the Araceae family. Native to tropical parts of the Americas and Southeast Asia, these popular houseplants are known for their glossy, dark green leaves and characteristic white blooms, called spadices. Given their easy care, air-purifying abilities, and ability to thrive in low light, peace lilies make excellent and resilient indoor plants. Their graceful flowers emerge from the axils of the leaves, with some varieties also featuring large, prominent white spathes. Peace lilies are frequently grown for their lush greenery and unique white blooms that give these plants their distinctive name and recognizable look.
